CIAO THYME BISTRO

Owned and operated by Ryan Liebrecht and his British wife Sally you will find Ciao Thyme Bistro just a stones throw from the Fairmont Chateau Whistler at the base

of Blackcomb mountain. The full service restaurant welcomes a host of local and international visitors each year.

Renowned for its regionally focused food concepts, terrific atmosphere, and top quality service the restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8am to 10pm. They are closed between 4 and 6pm but their menu is available next door at BBK’s  pub during those hours.

At Ciao Thyme you can enjoy signature dishes including: Cinnamon-pecan pinwheel buns, Free-range eggs Benedict, organic salads, Confit of Fraser Valley duck leg, Braised short ribs and more! The friendly ambience allows families and après skiers alike to relax while enjoying tastes from the excellent wine list and extensive menu.
