Perfect Yorkshire Puddings
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
(makes 12)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a bowl beat the eggs and milk then add the flour.
- Divide butter evenly into a muffin tin, about 1/2
teaspoon per cup. Put tin in oven for a few minutes to melt the butter
- Remove tin from oven and pour batter evenly into the
muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes then reduce
the heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake for another 25 minutes
or until puffy and golden.
