Perfect Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients

Directions (makes 12)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl beat the eggs and milk then add the flour.
  3. Divide butter evenly into a muffin tin, about 1/2 teaspoon per cup. Put tin in oven for a few minutes to melt the butter
  4. Remove tin from oven and pour batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes then reduce the heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake for another 25 minutes or until puffy and golden.
